Information you provide directly: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company, project brief, artwork files, and any message content you send through our quote form, chat widget, or direct contact (WhatsApp / email).

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, referrer URL, pages viewed, and approximate geographic region. We use this only to operate and improve the site.

Cookies: We use a minimal set of cookies for site operation (preferences, language) and aggregate analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Our quote form uses Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, to deliver your message to our inbox. By submitting the form, your data is sent to Formspree's servers (which may be located outside your country) and then forwarded to us. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email directly if you prefer not to use this third-party service.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with: (a) service providers who help us operate (cloud hosting, email delivery, form handling, AI chat), (b) logistics partners for shipping samples, and (c) authorities when required by law.

10. Children
