Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing mildign.com or engaging JingTai Heat Transfer ("JingTai", "we", "us") for any service (sampling, production, design, consultation), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Services

JingTai provides heat transfer film design, sample-making, bulk production, and one-stop garment manufacturing services for apparel brands and teams. Specific scope, pricing, and timeline are agreed in writing per project (quote, order confirmation, or proforma invoice).

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — designs, gallery images, process descriptions, copy, code — is owned by JingTai or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Your artwork: You retain ownership of the artwork/design files you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for the purpose of producing your order (sample, production, communication). We will not use your artwork for any other client or for self-promotion without your written permission.

4. Quotes & Orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. An order is binding once both parties confirm in writing (signed order form, email confirmation, or paid deposit). Pricing is in USD or RMB as specified; payment terms are typically 30% deposit + 70% before shipping, or as agreed per project.

5. Sampling & Production

Sample turnaround is typically 5–10 business days after artwork approval. Bulk production is typically 15–25 business days after sample approval and deposit. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; we will notify you of any delay.

6. Shipping & Risk

For international orders we ship via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight as agreed. Risk of loss transfers to you once the goods are handed to the carrier (FOB Guangzhou by default). You are responsible for any import duties or customs clearance in your country.

7. Quality & Returns

We inspect every order before shipping. If you receive defective goods, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will replace the defect or refund the proportional amount at our discretion. Custom-made samples and bulk orders are non-returnable except for verified defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JingTai's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Disclaimer

The information on this site (process descriptions, pricing ranges, timelines) is for general guidance and may be updated without notice. Final specs are confirmed in your per-project order documents.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute will be resolved through friendly negotiation, then through Guangzhou courts if necessary.
